10:00 a.m. Wine Tasting and Arts Fair hosted by Village of East Dundee
Refreshments
Refreshments will be provided for all race participants immediately after the race.
Awards
Award Ceremony and Raffle will take place shortly after Kids' Dash. Awards will be distributed to the top three male and female finishers in each age division for the 5k: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 & Over. All Kids' Dash participants will receive a ribbon.
Each 5K & 1 Miler, Dundee Road Race participant will receive a goody bag, t-shirt, and entry into post-race raffle.
Dr. Dietz of Planet Chiropractic of West Dundee will be providing race day stretching and massages.
Race will begin at Meier & Railroad Streets in historic Downtown East Dundee. The course will travel through the residential neighborhoods of East Dundee and Carpentersville, and finish back in Downtown East Dundee.
Timing for Dundee Road Race will be provided by RACE TIME. Each participant will be given a race bib with an assigned number and bar code. Once you have crossed the finish line your unique bar code will be scanned, and you will receive your race results shortly after the race, and also a post card sent to your home.
Parking
Parking will be available along River Street in Downtown East Dundee, in the municipal lot on Route 72 and along most local streets.
This race benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Dundee Township.
